The Сhallenge

Mekina developed an innovative modular steel bridge construction system designed for rapid deployment, minimal crew requirements, and simplified on-site assembly.

However, communicating these advantages visually presented a major challenge.

The client only had:

  • Raw CAD engineering models;
  • On-site construction photographs.

Real construction environments are visually chaotic – concrete, machinery, unfinished terrain, temporary supports, and uncontrolled lighting make it extremely difficult to capture the assembly process in a clean, compelling way on video. Additionally, raw CAD models are not suitable for marketing or presentations.

They require extensive optimization and visual refinement to accurately demonstrate:

  • Assembly logic;
  • Transportation advantages;
  • Structural sequencing;
  • Installation speed;
  • Reduced workforce requirements.

The core challenge was to transform technical engineering data into a clear, visually structured, and presentation-ready 3D animation that highlights the product’s efficiency and innovation — without the visual noise of a real construction site.
